The organization of the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, as well as decisions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training at the university level is one of the primary tasks. In this process, it is important to convey the essence of these documents to employees, systematically monitor their implementation and effectively implement them in practice.

It is necessary to ensure the training of highly qualified personnel through the comprehensive organization of educational, scientific, financial and spiritual-educational work based on state educational standards. In this regard, the main emphasis is on ensuring the quality of education, the effectiveness of scientific activity and the harmony of educational work.

One of the important tasks is to ensure the full mastery of the requirements for the content of knowledge and the level of training by all deans, heads of departments, heads of departments and professors in accordance with state educational standards. This serves to organize the educational process on the basis of uniform criteria.

It is necessary to organize and control the timely and high-quality implementation of orders, orders and instructions of the relevant higher organizations, as well as the decisions of the Academic Council of the university and the orders of the rector on issues related to the educational process.

It is important to systematically study the development trends of the educational system of advanced foreign countries, develop modern methods and tools for implementing the tasks set out in the Law "On Education", the "National Program for Personnel Training" and other regulatory documents, and put them into practice.

The quality of education is improved by introducing advanced forms of teaching in the educational process, including the development of a distance learning system, organizing the effective use of new pedagogical approaches and information and communication technologies. The continuity of the educational process is ensured by coordinating the activities of departments and deaneries that directly provide the educational process, effectively organizing their work and constantly monitoring their work.

Approval of annual and long-term work plans of departments, faculties and chairs, regular monitoring of their implementation and, if necessary, determining appropriate measures are also important tasks.

Ensuring the effectiveness of education by improving the quality of classes, monitoring the implementation of personal work plans of professors and teachers, developing their pedagogical skills and increasing their responsibility are among the main areas.
