The First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs organizes the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, presidential decrees and resolutions, as well as regulatory legal acts related to youth policy and education at the university level and monitors their implementation.

He systematically organizes spiritual and educational work among students and young people, organizes events aimed at educating them in the spirit of patriotism, respect for national values, high spirituality and universal human qualities.

The Vice-Rector oversees the formation of a healthy spiritual environment at the university, the meaningful organization of students' free time, and their broad involvement in sports, culture and art.

He also coordinates the activities of deaneries, departments and other structures working with youth, and takes measures to increase their work efficiency.

Identifying talented students, supporting them, ensuring their participation in various competitions, grants and prestigious scholarships is also one of the important areas of the vice-rector's activity.

The vice-rector also carries out work to prevent violations among students and youth, ensure compliance with internal discipline, and organize preventive measures.

He studies and implements advanced practices in working with youth, establishes the effective use of modern pedagogical and information and communication technologies.

Organizing open dialogues with students, studying their problems and proposals, and supporting their initiatives are also important tasks of the vice-rector.

In addition, he organizes and provides general leadership for spiritual and educational events, conferences, meetings and various projects held at the university.

The main tasks of the vice-rector include coordinating the activities of professors, teachers and mentors in educational work, and assisting in their professional development.

The vice-rector develops cooperation with local authorities, public organizations and other partners in the field of youth policy.
