The university was founded by the prestigious Indian company Sambhram Group and began its activities on November 16, 2021, under license No. 0039 issued by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers. This higher education institution was also established in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 401 dated June 29, 2021.
