🌏 Memorandum Signed Within the Framework of International Cooperation... 📝 On March 3, 2026, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Jizzax Sambhram University and one of Hungary’s leading higher education institutions — Óbuda University. 📊 As part of the visit, the Rector of Óbuda University, Professor, Doctor Levente Kovács, paid an official visit to our university. During the meeting, the parties discussed mutually beneficial areas of cooperation, including the development of scientific research activities, support for innovative projects, implementation of joint academic programs, and expansion of academic exchange initiatives. ✅ The sides agreed to further strengthen scientific and academic collaboration between faculty members and students, launch joint projects and grant programs, and continue cooperation aimed at enhancing international recognition and rankings. 💡 This memorandum serves as an important step toward establishing a strategic partnership between the two higher education institutions, improving the quality of education, and creating broader international opportunities for students. ⏳ The initiative of the Council of Jizzax Sambhram University to confer the title of “Honorary Doctor” upon Levente Kovács, the rector of Óbuda University, is not only an expression of academic respect but also an important step aimed at strengthening strategic partnership between the two institutions. 📢 Jizzax Sambhram university continues to expand its international cooperation network, striving to build a modern, competitive, and innovation-driven educational environment.
