Duties of the First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Affairs of the University: -Organize the implementation of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees and orders of the President, resolutions of the Oliy Majlis and the Cabinet of Ministers in the field of education and personnel training; -Organize spiritual and educational work and ensure the training of qualified personnel based on state educational standards; -Organize the implementation of orders, orders and instructions of competent higher organizations, resolutions of the Scientific Council of the institute on issues related to spiritual and educational processes and orders of the rector; -Prepare proposals on the direction of activity and organize work; -Approve the work plans of departments, faculties and departments for spiritual and educational affairs and monitor their implementation; -Prepare proposals on taking measures against employees who violate executive discipline, terminate contracts with them; - Conduct annual activity reports of departments, faculties and departments, analyze and draw conclusions, evaluate the spiritual and educational activities of professors and teachers using modern methods; - Implement constant cooperation with higher educational institutions in the spiritual and educational direction, ensure the active participation of professors and teachers in conferences, seminars, work in cooperation with local authorities; Must know: - Knowledge of the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry's orders, regulatory documents governing the educational, scientific, financial and educational process at the institute. Qualification requirements: - Professional and organizational skills necessary for a management position at the institute, leadership experience and seniority in the field of education, relevant knowledge and skills within the scope of the type of activity and powers; -Exemplary personal qualities - intelligence, culture, leadership, creative abilities, courtesy, organizational, initiative and entrepreneurial skills, a sense of responsibility, independent decision-making and behavior, decisive action, ensuring the achievement of the strategic goals of the institute; -Must have a doctorate or candidate of sciences degree in one of the areas and specialties of bachelor's and master's training at the institute, the academic title of professor or associate professor. -Must have at least 7 years of effective work experience in the relevant management levels of the institute - in leadership positions such as head of department, dean or deputy dean of the faculty.
