“Department of Marketing and Student Practice” is a regulation developed on the basis of the resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On admission to higher educational institutions of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the 2005/2006 academic year” No. PQ-92 dated June 2, 2005, “On measures to further improve the mechanism for forming admission parameters to higher educational institutions of the Republic” No. PQ-2360 dated June 23, 2015, as well as the resolution of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, the Ministry of Labor and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On approval of the model staff of administrative, technical, service and teaching assistants of higher educational institutions” (registration number 2859, February 21, 2017) by the rector of the institute dated October 16, 2021 It was established on the basis of Order No. 320-AF. The Institute is responsible for the formation of a database based on the study of the needs of enterprises, institutions and organizations for highly educated personnel being trained at the Institute, the assessment of the structure of consumers of educational services, including the ratio of demand and supply for graduates in bachelor's and master's specialties, the discussion of current issues related to improving the quality of trained personnel at the Institute's Councils, the monitoring of personnel training at the Institute and the distribution of graduates to work based on state grants, the systematic analysis and evaluation of the employment processes of Institute graduates, the development and improvement of market relations in the field of education, the formation of a real "portfolio of orders" for graduating bachelor's and master's students based on demand indicators for young specialists, and the satisfaction of the real needs of institutions, enterprises and organizations in the region where the Institute is located for personnel. Participates in the processes of preparation, adoption and implementation of management decisions on the areas of personnel training and the market of educational services in the higher education system. Develops practical proposals and implements appropriate measures to ensure competitive personnel training and promotes the use of young specialists based on the demands and needs of personnel consumers, discusses the requirements of customers for the quality of personnel in the process of personnel training at the institute council, ensures cooperation between specialty departments and consumer enterprises in personnel training. Assists in organizing graduate student internships in enterprises and organizations where they can later find employment, and provides the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation with information on the institute's graduates of the current year, divided into areas of education (specialties), ministries, departments (enterprises and organizations) where they are sent to work, and regions. Studying the labor market situation, formulating proposals for admission parameters based on consumer orders for graduates, and timely submitting documents to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation on the organization of the institute's database on admission, student contingent, and graduate placement.
