DUTIES OF THE RECTOR'S ADVISOR ON WOMEN'S ISSUES
• Coordinates the work to ensure the effective implementation of state policy on supporting women at the university, protect their rights and legitimate interests, and increase their role and activity in the socio-political life of the country;
• Strengthens the role of women in labor collectives, in the field of state and public administration, assists in organizing targeted work on their socio-legal support, and systematically monitors their opinions;
• Assists in the timely identification of women's problems, compiling address lists of women in need of help and in difficult social situations, including women with disabilities, providing them with socio-legal, psychological and material assistance, and providing them with rehabilitation tools;
• prepares young people for family life, teaches them the legal and psychological foundations of resolving family conflicts, helps develop proposals and implement relevant measures to strengthen families, prevent early marriage and family separation;
• exercises public control over the implementation of legislative acts on guarantees of equal rights and opportunities for women and men and develops relevant proposals;

• monitors the implementation of legislation on the protection of women from oppression and violence, identifies victims of violence, monitors the implementation of legislation on the protection of women from oppression and violence, introduces recommendations on the identification of victims of violence, their rehabilitation, and protection of their rights; participates in the development and implementation of regional programs in the field of protecting women from oppression and violence;
• Prepares students for family life, directs young families to social activity, and widely promotes the life activities and lifestyles of women who are engaged in socially useful types of work and who are exemplary;
• carries out effective public control over compliance with the principles of legality, social justice, and transparency in the selection of candidates for various competitions and sports competitions among women, the Zulfiya State Prize and the “Respectable Woman” badge;
• ensures and directly participates in the implementation of documents, standards, and requirements for the protection of women's rights in national and international legislation;
• makes proposals to recommend female employees who work effectively in the system for State awards.
