Chief Specialist of the Department of Youth Work, Spirituality and Enlightenment
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Chief Specialist works in the Department of Youth Work, Spirituality and Enlightenment of the University.
1.2. In his activities, he is guided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Presidential Decrees, Cabinet of Ministers' Resolutions and the internal regulations of the University.
1.3. He is appointed to the position and dismissed by order of the Rector.
1.4. He is directly subordinate to the head of the department.

2. The main purpose of the position
is to form a healthy socio-spiritual environment among students and youth, to develop their spiritual and moral education, to strengthen national values ​​and the spirit of patriotism.

3. Main responsibilities
Together with the head of the department, to organize and implement spiritual and educational work;

Planning and organizing events held at the university (spirituality hour, roundtable discussions, meetings);

Promoting:
patriotism,
respect for national values,
religious tolerance,
legal culture among students;
Coordination of spiritual and educational work in faculties, departments and TTUs;

Communicating the content of state programs, decrees and resolutions to students;

Study of youth-related problems and development of proposals;
Individual work with students (prevention, conversations);
Cooperation with the Youth Union and other organizations;
Preparation of reports (monthly, quarterly, annual);

Timely fulfillment of assignments of the university leadership.
4. Rights
Request necessary information from faculties and departments within the framework of their activities;
Initiating events;
Making suggestions for working with students;
Making problems and suggestions to the management.
5. Responsibility
Failure to fulfill or improperly fulfill assigned tasks;
Low efficiency of spiritual and educational work;
Failure to comply with internal procedures;
Making mistakes when working with documents.
6. Must know
Legislation on education and youth policy;
Methodology for organizing spiritual and educational work;
Fundamentals of pedagogy and psychology;
Procedure for maintaining documents and preparing reports.
7. Qualification requirements
Higher education;
Experience in working with youth or in the education system (preferred);
Organizational and communicative skills;
Computer literacy.
