📝 On March 3, 2026, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between Jizzakh Sambhram University and one of the leading higher education institutions in Hungary - Óbuda University.

📊 As part of this visit, the rector of Óbuda University, Professor, Dr. Levente Kovács, paid an official visit to our university. During the meeting, areas of mutually beneficial cooperation were discussed, in particular, the development of scientific and research activities, support for innovative developments, implementation of joint educational programs, and expansion of academic exchanges.

✅ The parties agreed to consistently continue cooperation in strengthening scientific and academic ties between professors, teachers, and students, establishing joint projects and grant programs, as well as increasing international ratings and recognition.

💡 This memorandum serves to establish a strategic partnership between the two higher education institutions, further improve the quality of education, and create broad opportunities for students in the international arena.

⏳ The initiative of the Jizzakh Sambhram University Council to award the title of "Honorary Doctor" to the Rector of Óbuda University, Professor, Dr. Levente Kovács, is not only an expression of scientific respect, but also a step aimed at strengthening strategic partnership.
