📊 On February 14, 2026, on the occasion of “February 11 - International Women in Science Day”, a round table discussion was organized on the topic “Science and Women - Towards a Sustainable Society”. This event was aimed at widely promoting the role of women in the development of science, their intellectual potential and their worthy contribution to the development of society.

📝 The round table discussion was held in cooperation with the Association of Scientists under the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan, the Jizzakh Regional Department of Family and Women, the Jizzakh Regional Association of Scientists and the Jizzakh Sambhram University.

💡 During the event, a detailed exchange of views was held on the scientific research carried out by women scientists, their innovative ideas, and initiatives to attract young girls to the path of science. In particular, Nargiza Saliyeva, Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovations of Jizzakh Sambhram University, Doctor of Philosophy in Political Sciences, Associate Professor, also participated in the event and was awarded a commemorative gift for her worthy contribution to the development of science.
