The Department of Business Administration was established on February 19, 2024, in accordance with the decision of the Academic Council of Sambhram University, and is one of the important structural divisions of the university in the economic direction. The establishment of the department is associated with the need to train highly qualified specialists in the field of management in the conditions of the modern economy.
Since the establishment of the department, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, Associate Professor Tursunkulov Inom Abduhalilovich has been appointed as its head, and he has been working effectively in this position to this day. Under his leadership, the department has systematically established its activities and has achieved significant results in education and scientific research.
Currently, a total of 28 professors and teachers work in the department. Among them, the presence of 6 foreign, especially Indian, professors and teachers indicates that the department has international experience. The teaching staff is distributed by academic degree and position as follows: 8 doctors of philosophy (PhD), of which 5 are associate professors, 8 senior teachers, 12 assistants and 2 translators. The scientific potential of the department is 29 percent, which is an important basis for the further development of scientific and research activities.
One of the main areas of activity of the department is the training of business management specialists with modern knowledge and skills. For this purpose, the department provides full-time and part-time education in the educational direction 60410900 - "Business Management", as well as in the magistracy specialty 70411302 - "Business Management". The educational process is organized on the basis of state educational standards (STS) and model curricula approved by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The number of subjects taught at the department is 38. For each subject, professors and teachers have developed modern teaching and methodological complexes, which are widely used in the educational process. These complexes serve to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of students and develop their practical skills.
